The room was neat. I suppose that's the minimum expectation.

Housekeeping apparently operates on its own schedule. They arrived at 5 pm. i had hoped for a rest after a long day, but no. feather pillows were also present, despite allergies not being a novelty these days. finding only two towels in a room booked for four seemed oddly stingy. maybe they ration them?
